Apparently according to a Microsoft KB (Product No. 916177 ) and 'a problem with the DLL version 6.6.8063 of the mfc42u.dll. I have only just received the hotfix via email, alarm and trip to the 5.00AM tomorrow morning shot in the office to install it. With a little luck I can get the hotfix on the server before they leave the job of capturing the web, which would solve many problems, otherwise I end up the PHP script going to query the MSSQL DB and extracts the images directly on the filesystem. Sperem to make it before the deadline of 7:30 am.
